As
I approached an ending in a segment of my apprenticeship in Healing Touch, a seemingly easy question was asked that required a written response.
I was nearing the designated date of conclusion.
It sounded so easy. It asked
for “A statement of purpose” I started to write a simple answer, but that
little voice that sometimes just niggles at you kept saying, "Pay attention, this
is important."
Well after several long
days & nights spent filling pads of yellow paper, and many hours of sitting in silence,
and a feeling of struggle, my weariness finally let this spill onto the paper. I originally named it “Healers Creed” but later, having
come to a realization that Healer somehow accentuated a separateness, I now call
it “Our Creed”. I know it is not
mine alone and invite you to call it yours if it resonates with you. One of my dear friends has also named it, “We Are One”.
Call it as you wish, but notice know it makes you feel.

Live Deliberately And Consciously

To Believe That All Things Are Possible
To Not
Restrict The Journey
By Seeking A Specific Outcome
To Remain Humble
As We Find
Our Universal Power
And Know That It Is The Power Of All
To Know That We Are All
Interconnected
That
Our Actions Affect The Whole
To Have Faith That If We Live With Unconditional
Love
All That We Truly Need Will Reveal Itself
This Is A Life Of Service To This
World
And All Of Its Creations
Knowing We Are
One
